The LS Mecapion APD-VS15N is the 1.5kW (1500W) variant of the APD-VS series. This model is built for heavy-duty industrial tasks where high torque and high-speed positioning are critical, such as in large-scale packaging machines, textile equipment, and industrial indexing tables.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Alarm AL-04 (Overvoltage): Very common in 1.5kW applications if the deceleration time is too short. Increasing the deceleration time or adding a properly sized external braking resistor typically resolves this.
Alarm AL-03 (Over-temperature): Check if the cooling fan is operational and the heat sink fins are free of industrial debris or oil mist.
Connector CN1: Uses the standard 50-pin I/O connector. If you are replacing an older unit, ensure the wire map for the pulse train and enable signals matches your controller’s logic (NPN vs. PNP).
